Formal Living Room; a nice vintage French/Italian couch, love-seat, and matching chair, two small inlaid side tables, coffee table, and ornate lamps, a Ridgeway Grandfather Clock, wall mirrors, wall sconces, and lots of wall art ... from posters and prints, to several original oils including a beautiful large seascape by Young Woo. The formal drapes and valances are also available for sale. Dining Room; double pedestal table with 2 leaves and protective pads, 2 captain’s chairs, and 4 side chairs and a lovely china cabinet all made by Stanley Furniture Co., also a small buffet with drawer. There is also a lovely gold curved front curio filled with vintage porcelains.

The sale includes everything in the house, garage and yard including: Jewelry - costume and fine; Vinyl Records - 33 1/3, 78 and 45 - some real classics; VHS tapes; 50's and 60's radios; TV, VCR, DVD player; collectable radio/record player; photo and film items; plants, pots, garden tools; books - lots of cook books; a large collection of culinary items for preparation and service of food.

There are decorator items and items for entertaining galore sprinkled throughout the home: Beautiful crystal stemware, many sets of china; Knowles, Vintage Bavarian, Royal Albert Old Country Roses, Kaysons Japan Golden Rhapsody, etc. Serving pieces in Silver-plate, Crystal, China, and more. Many ornate C&S sets, a nice boxed demitasse set, everyday Corelle Crazy Daisy dishes, pots, pans, and many kitchen small appliances, some still in original boxes.
