We’re especially thankful for our Triple P crew — the early mornings, long days, dirty jobs, last-minute calls, and everything in between. None of what we’ve built happens without the people behind it.

And to all the hardworking men and women out there grinding every day to provide for their families and build something better — **today is for you.**

The real boss of Triple P… aka Triple P Mom. 😂💛🖤

Most of the time she’s the one behind the camera, so she doesn’t get nearly enough recognition.

Malary is the glue that holds all of this together. She’s the bill collector, dog mom, kid chauffeur, house manager, problem solver, schedule keeper, voice of reason… and about 47 other jobs nobody even realizes need done. 😂

While I’m running around worrying about trucks, dumpsters, drivers, customers and the business, she’s making sure everything behind the scenes — at Triple P and at home — keeps moving.

She puts up with the long days, early mornings, late-night phone calls, business conversations that somehow follow us everywhere, and me saying “I just gotta handle one more thing” about 15 times a day. 😂

A family business takes the whole family, and there’s no doubt she’s the glue holding ours together.

She may not drive the trucks or deliver the dumpsters, but Triple P wouldn’t be Triple P without Triple P Mom. 💛🖤

Love you, Mal. We appreciate you more than we probably say.
