Just a quick heads up to my clients who have healthcare.gov policies. (Typically those retired but not yet on Medicare, self-employed clients, small business owners and middle-income earners etc) If the ACA subsidies being discussed in the news are not renewed or other changes made, your policy payment amount will increase substantially. These subsidies are not new and you are likely using them if you have a policy with the marketplace. Check Part III, column C of your 1095-A form for the amount.
