This position is responsible for performing inductance testing of gapped cores, inspecting custom products, and inspecting distribution cores and accessory items, as required to determine whether parts meet factory specifications, and performing work in process audits on the shop floor.

This position is responsible for processes involved in shipping a product from the point a packing list is generated to the point the product is ready to be processed for shipment.
Factors for success:
• Experience with pulling and packing parts from inventory
• Be detail oriented
• Ability to inspect parts for workmanship defects
• Experience with counting scales, shrink wrap machines
• Experience with various packaging methods to ensure product is delivered to the customer in a quality manner.
• Ability to control and organize inventory and inventory records
• Ability to operate a computer
• Be capable of doing moderate to heavy lifting
• Safe use of material handling equipment
• Good working knowledge of basic math

You Will:
• Verify quantity of product, pull and pack product according to established procedures
• Have to understand the bin system of inventory to pull product and prepare for shipment
• Assist in verifying the correct product is being shipped to the customer
• Label parts, mark packing slips and mark shop orders to maintain traceability and identification per established procedures
• Store material on inventory shelves to protect it from loss of damage
• Make certain sufficient packing methods and materials are used to ensure product arrives to customer in undamaged condition
• Assist with cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• Help with container receiving
• Work in a team environment
