In the cutlery exchange service, all cutlery is provided by Carisolo Inc. Two identical sets of knives are then rotated in person, weekly or bi-weekly. We provide local delivery and mail order services for:

-a wide variety of professional hand knives: slicer, bread, cimitar, chef, boning, paring, cleaver, pizza knives +

-machine knives & plates, slicer blades, food processor blades, and equipmen

t for most standard commercial kitchens.

-meat department essentials: mineral oil, saw blades, bone scrapers, etc.
