REINA SAVES THE DAY! When their baler went down not too long ago, Justin from Northern Transitions, Inc. called us for help. They had had to close the Recycling Center for over a week and were facing a costly repair with no clear timeline for getting back up and running. A technician from downstate diagnosed the problem and discovered the machine's program was stored on an old 3.5-inch floppy disk. He asked if there was a Best Buy nearby to buy a floppy disk to USB converter. Well, we all know the answer to that! 😄

Luckily, when Justin called, we happened to have just what they needed! Within just a few hours, they were able to recover the program and get the baler operational again, saving them what could have been several more days of downtime.

It's just another example of neighbors helping neighbors, and why having local resources matters. ❤️♻️
