Giving My Trusted SUP Some Much-Needed 💕
My OG SUP 🏄 board got a serious scrubbing today, and the cleanup crew did an awesome job !!
I have to be honest: I haven't exactly been gentle with this amazing board. It’s been my go-to for over 10 years, and it has definitely seen some action! But even through all the miles and the wear, I absolutely love it—and that’s exactly why it’s time I better start taking better care of it. 😬
Let’s face it: these boards aren't cheap, and if you want them to last as long as mine has, maintenance is key.
Here are a few simple habits I'm doubling down on to keep my gear in top shape:

Rinse After Every Use: Whether you’re on the lake or the ocean, fresh water is your board’s best friend. Always rinse off grit, sand, or salt to prevent long-term damage to the finish.
☀️Sun Protection: UV rays are tough on materials over time. Whenever you aren't on the water, store your board in the shade or use a protective bag to prevent fading and cracking.
✅ Dry Before Storing: Don’t let moisture sit. Drying your board thoroughly before putting it away is crucial to prevent mold and mildew, especially if you have an inflatable.
🧐 Regular Inspections: Take a quick look at your fin box and valves. A little bit of prevention goes a long way in avoiding bigger repairs down the road.
😍 Thoughtful Storage: Store your board in a way that distributes its weight evenly to avoid warping.
It’s easy to get caught up in the fun of being on the water, but taking those extra few minutes to clean and maintain your gear is how you ensure another 10 years of adventures.

With the weather finally becoming more consistent, we are officially opening up our calendar for booking! Whether you are a beginner looking to find your balance or a seasoned yogi ready to take your practice onto the water, I have a spot for you.
To ensure a safe, high-quality experience for everyone, I am limiting all group sessions to a maximum of five participants. This allows me to provide personalized attention to every student while keeping our time on the water intimate and peaceful.
Check out our new pricing below—all equipment is included for every training session, so all you need to bring is your adventurous spirit! ( you may bring your own PFD life jacket one must be worn)

🌅 Sunrise Guided Paddle ( Always weather permitting for best experiences)
Start your day with a breathtaking, front-row seat to the sunrise on ( hopefully) perfectly calm morning waters.
Price: $55 per person
Duration: 90 Minutes
What’s Included: High-quality, stable inflatable stand-up paddleboard (SUP), paddle, PFD (personal flotation device), and a fully guided tour around the island.
The Experience: A peaceful morning tour where we'll keep our eyes peeled for passing freighters or cruise ships gliding by!
