There are private but shared bathrooms accessed via the hallway. Event space in Savannah, MO at Laverna Heights. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, baby showers, gender reveals or any family gatherings. 75 people max seating. Plenty of other standing room/ lobby. Lots of room outside as well. Kitchen area, stove/oven and refrigerator. $175 Friday-Sunday. $100 Monday-Thursday. $75 cleaning deposit that willl be returned after renters clean. 816-261-2363
