PARKING LOT ATTENDANT
Pay: $12.00 per hour

YOU WILL BE PROVIDING PARKING LOT SERVICES FOR A TOTAL OF FIVE (5) FOOTBALL GAMES AT SAVANNAH STATE UNIVERSITY. THE CLIENT NEEDS INDIVIDUALS TO WORK IN THE PARKING LOT TO ENSURE ALL VEHICLES ARE PARKED PROPERLY AND SECURED DURING EVENT TIMES. WE WILL ALSO NEED INDIVIDUALS TO WORK ON THE METAL DETECTORS AND ON THE TICKET SCANNING MACHINES.
THIS OPPORTUNITY IS TO WORK FOR FIVE GAMES ONLY.
WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY.
THE HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
8/30 (3:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.)
9/6 (3:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.)
9/27 (3:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.)
10/25 (7:00 A.M. - 11:00 P.M.) HOMECOMING
11/8 (12:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.)
YOU MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. YOU MUST HAVE PROPER CLOTHING (BLACK PANTS, BLACK SHIRT, AND BLACK COMFORTABLE SHOES).
EAT BREAKFAST, BRING YOUR LUNCH, AND BRING PLENTY OF FLUIDS, BECAUSE WE WILL BE OUTSIDE AND ON YOUR FEET FOR THE DURATION OF THE SHIFT.
BRING RAIN GEAR IN CASE IT RAINS.

- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment
- Protect property and assets by implementing security measures and protocols
- Control access points and verify individuals' credentials
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Provide assistance to visitors, employees, and customers as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and protocols is a plus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
