Oyster Roast time in Savannah! Couldn't be better. Except for exceptional sides, like Mrs Bakers red rice, and the lightest of dressed salads with lemon and avocado oil, thinnest of red onion, like Corey made. I love learning from my friends!

I am impressed that my meat eating son in law likes Trish noodles, based on the Chinese "Ants Climbing a Tree" noodle dish. Mung bean noodles with ground pork or turkey, with chilli flakes and lots of fish sauce. Lime marinated onions make it shine!
