Squatters and trespassers don't always target abandoned properties.

Seasonal homes, vacation homes, and properties that sit vacant or unoccupied for extended periods can become attractive targets when no one is regularly checking on them.

A visible presence at a property can make a difference. Professional Home Watch providers conduct scheduled visits, look for signs of unauthorized occupancy, and notify homeowners of visible concerns so action can be taken quickly when needed.

Regular Home Watch visits help homeowners stay informed and provide peace of mind while they're away.

“Did I turn off the stove?”
“Did I lock the back door?”

A quick glance from across the street might feel helpful… but professional Home Watch involves much more than that.

NHWA-accredited Home Watch providers perform scheduled visits and provide documented reporting so homeowners receive clear updates while their property is unoccupied.

Professional standards bring structure, accountability, and communication to an industry that otherwise has little regulation.
