Big shout-out to our Savannah team at the Sonny Perdue Yard General Manager, Chris McKinney and the Savannah Region Buyer, Tommy Harrison, for the great work happening on the ground. The video shows exactly how scrap metal that might otherwise sit unused old cars, appliances, and leftover metal gets transformed into valuable raw materials that power new products and industries.

Your leadership and teamwork help keep the operation moving, the community cleaner, and the recycling mission strong. It’s a great example of how the Savannah yard is turning everyday scrap into real impact.

SA Recycling-Savannah Region participated in Fire Training today for our Drivers. When it comes to safety, SA Recycling takes it extremely seriously. The Drivers did hands on training to physically learn the procedure on how to properly use a fire extinguisher. These types of trainings save lives and help us grow a culture driven by safety.

Every year St. Joseph’s Candler Telfair Mammography Fund does their Paint the Town Pink Mammography Fund Campaign.

SMS CDJR and their community partners wrap a Grand Cherokee and collect signatures, create awareness and raise funds to support under-served women.

This is the second year SA Recycling partnered with the SMS CDJR.

SA Recycling teams up with SMS CDJR to support Paint the Town Pink. Raising awareness and funds for underserved women through the Telfair Mammography Fund.
