Ewan Riccio-Laing at Figary had the pleasure of facilitating with an amazing group of leaders who brought curiosity, openness, and plenty of great conversation to every session.

Turns out adults playing with LEGO® can create some pretty serious leadership conversations. 🧱

Big fig yeah moment for our founder, Ewan Riccio-Laing at Figary, who received a Highly Commended Recognition at the LEGO® Serious Play® Global Facilitator Awards 2026 in the category of Excellence in Strategy & Alignment.

The recognition came from a hospitality project designed to help leadership and frontline teams physically experience how inconsistency cascades through a service operation.
