45 minutes became five.
That was the result a participant in one of my AI training programs reported after putting what she learned into practice.
And I had a moment of truth: I helped make that happen.
But that proof was about to disappear back into a client file, just like so much other evidence from 18 years of work.
The results existed. But I had not been consistently capturing them in a way that could help me when someone wanted to hire me, refer me, or create a new opportunity for me.
That was difficult to admit. It also taught me something important:
The work you have already done can become a valuable business asset, but only if the evidence is readily available when you need it.
I created this short video to share the small moment that exposed this blind spot and what it may have been costing my business.
