We’re still taking in how special this moment is

Seeing Solasta W**ery featured on Destination Channel’s Staycation was truly surreal, and we couldn’t be more proud to share our story with so many people.

From the beginning, Solasta has always been about more than w**e. It’s about connection, the friendships we’ve made, the people we’ve welcomed through our doors, and the incredible community that continues to grow around us. Getting the opportunity to share that story on a larger stage is something we’re incredibly grateful for.

To everyone who has visited, supported us, shared a bottle with us, or simply been part of our journey: thank you. You are such a big part of what makes Solasta what it is.

If you missed the live viewing on Monday, you can still watch our feature on Roku TV through the Destination Channel app! Find Staycation, Episode 14, featuring Southwest Michigan — and keep an eye out for Solasta W**ery. 🤍

Here’s to continuing to pour connections, one glass at a time. 🥂

It’s such an honor to have our w**ery, our story, and the experience we’ve built be part of this journey. At Solasta, we always say we pour connections, and getting to share those connections with a whole new audience makes this moment even more special.

A very special thank you to everyone on the .tv team, and .channel for helping bring our story to life and for giving us the opportunity to be part of Staycation on Destination Channel.

From grape to glass 🍇🍷

Our Gamay w**e journey began last fall, when these beautiful grapes arrived at Solasta. From hand punch-downs during fermentation to transferring and patiently aging the w**e, we’ve watched it develop into something truly special, and now it’s almost ready to bottle!

Bright, juicy, and silky, our Beaujolais-inspired Gamay offers notes of fresh cherry, raspberry, cranberry, and delicate violet. With lively acidity and soft tannins, it’s an approachable, food-friendly red that can be enjoyed slightly chilled.

We can’t wait to introduce Viola Gamay Noir, a name inspired by the w**e’s lovely violet aromas and its elegant, expressive character.

Follow along as we share its journey from last fall’s harvest to the bottle. A beautiful new Solasta release is coming this fall! ✨
