Hello Friends ,Tony here from TDK as many of you know I was a heating guy for a very long time ,please read this!!
We have not had a winter like this in a long time and we did get a little spoiled about it . So here we are in very cold weather. So this is just an fyi do not depend on you fireplace  or wood burning stove to heat your homes,Do not lower your thermostat at night to try to save a little oil or gas .
Most of the time if a house freezes it’s because water in your baseboard heaters does not circulate and if you have a wind chill of sub 0 temperature blowing on a out side wall that pipe will freeze, If that pipe should split and leaks you have major problems.
Also it you have a sink or a bath tube on a out side wall leave your faucet running slightly. And if you have oil please check you oil tank before the snow comes. If we get what they say we may get the trucks the trucks may not get to you. Good luck and stay warm !!
