Hot off the X1C and already installed. Siraya Tech ABS-GF using Bambu settings and Lightyear high temp plate. Energy chain mount for 3-axis CNC (X and Z chains) designed in Fusion 360.

Tech we use here…

Customer is restoring a house and brought in a piece of Wainscoting molding from the 1920’s. 3D scanned the part, created a sketch on the cross section and extruded as a solid model, 3D printed a section of it for verification, and then cut on the CNC.

Stock used was a 2x6, 10ft long. A useable 7 foot section was created (customer needed 6’) as the ends of the stock had some warp.

Customer was happy, which is all that matters at the end of the day.

Go big or G28 (go home)! First major tooling plug to go on the 5-axis CNC for a client. Plug weighs in around 2000lbs @ 128” x 68”. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
