Experience is not necessary but appreciated. Company provides education and tech-support during work. We fix all appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, arbage disposals, etc.
Requirements:
Green card / citizenship / work permission.
Fluent English (you have to be able to sell a repair, explain it to a customer and answer questions).
Communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work and study.

Are your dishes still wet after the wash cycle? This is one of the reasons why this is happening. The heating element is out.
For a whole year since May 2020, the client was so afraid to call a technician because of COVID.
Now, after our certain actions, the client is happy again!
