OPM released the PSHB premiums for 2027

NALC High Option Health Plan premiums for Self and for Self+1 have DECREASED for 2027 and Family premiums are increasing just $2.95/pp.

NALC High Option remains as one of the best values in the PSHB program.

NALC Region 11 is hosting a retirement seminar at our branch office (718 Union St, Schenectady) on Sunday, October 18 at 10:00am.

We recommend anyone within 5 years of retirement to attend and get educated about preparing for your retirement from USPS.

Kailey Garrant, a Plattsburgh NY letter carrier, received a Hero Award Letter and Pin from Branch 358 President Chris Jackson.
Kailey was the first person on the scene at a motor vehicle accident where one of the cars was overturned. Without hesitation, she quickly sprang into action and assisted the occupants and helped get them out of their overturned vehicle.

Excellent work, Kailey. Thank you for your selfless act of heroism!
