I’ve been fortunate throughout my career to stand beside many extraordinary women.

Women who lead with courage, persevere while in the trenches, lift others as they rise, and create powerful network and connections of support.

My four year journey of recovery plus living with Long Covid has taught me something powerful: the human spirit is stronger than the obstacles placed in front of it. That your scars tell a story. 

Strength isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s simply taking the next step when everything in you feels tired.

So today, honor the woman you are becoming.

Six things I’ve learned on this journey—especially about growth, change, and becoming: That I can teach you in less than a minute.

1. Let go of what no longer serves you.

2. Give it time. Not everything is meant to happen on your schedule.

3. Believe in yourself—even when no one else does yet.

4. Don’t compare. Your path is yours for a reason.

5. Stay calm. It’s okay to not have everything figured out.

6. Bet on yourself. At the end of the day, it’s on you.

Growth isn’t loud. It’s intentional. It’s choosing yourself again and again—even when it’s uncomfortable.

I’ve learned that is the backbone of trust in yourself.

That while you’re healing, others witness your leadership. It’s what keeps women and entrepreneur leaders moving forward when the path is uncertain.

isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about showing up, learning fast, and staying grounded in purpose. It’s also about knowing your strengths and weaknesses. I’m a Capricorn, a sassy born leader and a forever learner. Giving up is never an option.
