Mystic Quarry is now allowing one-night stays for our event guests (subject to availability). If you were thinking about staying overnight, you now have that option!

Tiny Home with Loft (Sleeps 6): $293.21/night
Tiny Home (Sleeps 4): $271.41/night
Premium Cabin (Sleeps 4): $227.81/night
Deluxe Cabin (Sleeps 2): $216.91/night
Standard Cabin (Sleeps 2): $184.21/night

RV Site Rates

* Pull-Through Premium RV Site: $65.92/night (event discount available)
* Deluxe RV Site: $55.62/night (event discount available)
* Standard RV Site: $55.62/night (event discount available)

If you’re bringing your own RV, please note that your campsite must be reserved separately through Mystic Quarry. Be sure to ask for the Campfire Business Connection discount when booking your RV site.

Special Event Rental Rates (August 28–30):

* 22’ RV (No Slide): $385.80 + $500 refundable security deposit
* 22’ RV (With Slide): $400.76 + $500 refundable security deposit
* 31–34’ RV (One Slide): $495.80 + $500 refundable security deposit

Please note: The RV rental price does not include your campsite. Your RV site must be reserved separately through Mystic Quarry.

📢 Campfire Connection Business Retreat Update

We are excited to share a few important updates regarding our upcoming Campfire Connection Business Retreat at Mystic Quarry Glamping & RV Resort!

🏕️ One-Night Stay Option

Mystic Quarry has graciously agreed to make a special exception for our event by allowing one-night stays, based on availability.

* ✅ One-night reservations are available if the campground is not fully booked.
* ✅ A $45 cleaning fee will be added to all one-night reservations.
* ✅ We encourage everyone interested in a one-night stay to book as soon as possible, as availability is limited.

We sincerely appreciate Mystic Quarry for working with us to make attending the retreat more convenient for our guests. (Mystic Quarry⁠)

🛍️ Vendor Information

Vendors are welcome to set up and sell Friday through Sunday during the Campfire Connection Business Retreat.

You are also welcome to leave your booth, displays, and equipment set up overnight throughout the event.

Please note: Any items left overnight are at the vendor’s own risk. Neither Mystic Quarry Glamping & RV Resort, Campfire Connection Business Retreat, Get Out Of Town RV Rentals LLC, nor the event hosts, Jim Keen and Tonia Keen, will be responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged. We encourage all vendors to secure their displays and remove any valuables before leaving each evening.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding as we work together to create a safe, enjoyable, and successful event for all.

We look forward to an incredible weekend of networking, supporting local businesses, meeting new people, enjoying our guest speakers, shopping with our amazing vendors, listening to live music, and building lasting relationships around the campfire.
