When out on service calls I get more compliments about the lady behind the phone when customers call in. Nobody wants to have their appliances repaired but when you do she is the assurance when things are not going your way. So here’s the face to the voice. Sonia keeps things together from start to finish from scheduling and routing to closing out the repair. Elite Appliance couldn’t make it without her.
