We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
🔸The ideal candidate would consist of the following:
▪️Must be able to work at least 3 days a week
▪️Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. customers in person or on the phone.
▪️Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to assist clients and direct calls as necessary.
▪️Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
▪️Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
▪️Assist with customer inquiries, providing information about services offered and addressing any concerns.
▪️Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
🔸Requirements
▪️Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
▪️Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
▪️Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
▪️Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems.
▪️Organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
▪️Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
