Mounted a couple TVs for a customer today and they were super pleased. The big one was a wonderful challenge being super heavy and going onto a brick/concrete fireplace in the end. Customers loved both of them and we’re super satisfied with getting their TVs up on the wall.

Fresh cut today for and awesome couple!! Ended up being one of my friends from basketball! They were both excited and loved the outcome. We appreciate the faith in the company and the business given! If anybody wants to start having their yard mowed and trimmed or brush removed let me know!

A nice water heater replacement this morning for Priscilla Bragg! She has supported me since I started my small business and I cannot thank her enough. She’s got a brand new water heater installed and she’s good to go! Thank you Priscilla!

Small or big jobs we can handle them all this customer needed her front pillars braced up. They are non-loadbearing and they did not want to replace the whole pillar so we bought brackets embraces and secured them up for her and got rid of the black duct tape holding one on there! Super happy customer and another job taken care of!

First job for aging matters was the success! Brand new water heater installed for a customer out in poplar bluff. The customer couldn’t have been more happy and they are good to go!

So we have a new policy for the business of requiring a down payment of 15% of the total cost of the job if it totals over $400. That down payment will be deducted at the time of final payment. The reason we have decided to do this is because we are licensed and insured which means I have company costs. I have unfortunately had quite a few people tell me they want jobs done and I give them my number to do it and they say OK let’s set it up and I put it on my calendar and clear blocks of time or full days if needed. If you cancel that forfeits your deposit, that is one thing, but if you need to reschedule, that is fine, you won’t be required to put another down payment down that one will just roll over to when the job is completed. After scheduling people, I call a couple days in advance to confirm that the time is still good and people either stop responding or they cancel completely on me after I have cleared out my schedule for them.. we understand life happens and some things are unavoidable but at the end of the day to be able to carry my insurance and everything I need for my business I can’t continue to have customers cancel on me or just stop responding to me after wanting the service done and agreeing to a price and time. All my work is guaranteed and covered by insurance!

We have some big news!!! As of yesterday our business has been approved as a vendor for the Aging Matters agency out of Cape!! This is huge for us. We will still be taking clients on full time and just being ready for a call from the agency when a job comes up for them!
