🚨 Time is Running Out – Take Action Today! 🚨

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court gave the Legislature 120 days to pass legislation addressing skill games. We are now less than 68 days away from that deadline.

If lawmakers fail to act, Pennsylvania Skill Games will be banned.

But this isn't just about skill games.

The Court's ruling applies to all games that award cash, prizes, tickets, rewards, or anything of value. That means many games found in arcades, family entertainment centers, restaurants, bars, and esports venues (including claw machines, Skee-Ball, golf simulators, and more) could also be affected.
