And fun full circle moment in the last pic, I got coffee at the place where this all started- where I met with and signed my first client (!!!). Love a good walk down memory lane.

You know what time it is...

Time to do your monthly reflection! 📝 Finish up this year strong...if you haven't already, get my free Monthly Reflection Guide (link in bio) and take some time today or tomorrow to work through it.

Get clear for the rest of the year, start to notice the things you aren't going to take into 2022.

You don't have to use my guide to do this, it's just there to help you if you feel stuck, but just take 5-10 minutes to reflect on your month and set yourself up right for the last one of 2021.

THANKFUL FOR ALL OF YOU AND AMAZING MEMORIES TODAY.

Don't get me wrong, today is problematic for many reasons, but in one way it's not for me - it brings my family and loved ones together. And always has.

At least since I went away to college, Thanksgiving has been a time I knew I would see my family. It was a time when my friends who were far from home or didn't have anywhere to go would join. It transformed in traditions.

From being one big sleepover to having our partners join, from having fires and making smores to going bowling and running a turkey trot - Thanksgiving has always been one of my absolute favorite times to celebrate.

Because for me it means reunions and love and true contentedness. It's the purest form of joy. It's what life is about in my opinion - building memories with the ones you love.

I know this isn't true for all, I know this can be a hard day for many, or a day we shouldn't recognize at all. All of that is valid.

AND today for me is a another day I choose to love big.

Regardless of how you feel about today, I hope you feel big love today too. At least from me 🖤

Alright y'all, I know we're zooming ahead to Thursday this week, but I just had to share that it's and here's why you should care...

If there's one thing I see in common of all the small biz owners I work with, it's that they are leaders. But also, they usually don't see it in themselves ( )

The thing is, we're all leaders in some way. Cheesy, I know. But it's fu***ng true.

Someone thinks you have it all together. Someone likes the way you talk, write, dress, walk, laugh, create...whatever it is, someone is influenced by you. You're a leader in your own right, whether you see it or not.

I feel the same about myself. I wouldn't outright call myself a leader, but s**t, there's the patriarchy again. As a coach, it's my JOB to lead my clients to their truth. (Note I said "lead them" not TELL them).

So for the first time, I'm celebrating International Leadership Week and including myself in the leader category.

The #1 reason I always have a coach or mentor?

Resilience.

I literally can't support myself in all the ways I need. (Sorry to break it to you, you can't either).

But I can build my resilience through learning new coping skills, expressing my emotions, feeling heard, being given possible solutions, and being taught practical things someone else has already mastered - things my coach (and other wonderful people in my life) are able to help me with.

We aren't put here to go it alone.

Now that I know that, I embrace it and make it work for me too. My business has grown LEAPS AND BOUNDS since I started working with coaches. Besides growing in my own self-awareness, this is my biggest key to success.

Imposter syndrome. Out of our comfort zones. Learning something new.

As entrepreneurs and people who give a s**t, we're scared a lot of the time.

Scared of judgement, of "messing up", of making mistakes, of not being good enough - you name it.

NOTHING has pushed me as much as being an entrepreneur. But that's the beauty in it. I FEEL something everyday. Proud. Scared. Happy. Sad. Capable. Incapable. I'm living a life full of feeling the spectrum 🖤

What could be better than looking back on a life knowing you were scared, but you still fu***ng did it? I can't think of anything. So I'll be over here, scared, but living.

How I get found by hundreds of new people online every month..

Drumroll please...Google My Business.

Ok, bear with me here...it's not the coolest of topics to talk about, but if you run a business (and have a website) GMB is something I really want you to set up if you haven't.

On average a business is found in 1,009 searches per month on Google because they have GMB! Is yours one of them? Let’s make sure it is 🤩

It literally takes 10 minutes to set yours up (less if you do the minimum requirements!) and can seriously change the trajectory of your business. I have a client that just set hers up last month and ALREADY her sales have gone up 29%! HELLO THAT’S A GREAT ROI.

I personally get found by at least 39 (very specific, thanks Google for the data) new people daily. That's literally more than my small business can handle - how's that for a good problem to have?!

So just do it, love. Put 15 minutes on your calendar to at least Google it (isn't that ironic lol) Google My Business and start getting your business found!

I have to be honest.

I've been feeling shaken up recently.

Something is changing in my business, but I'm not sure what it is. I feel the need to shake things up. I feel less clear on how I can best show up and provide value and spend my time.

I'm working through it and thought maybe you would be willing to help me shake things out - could you let me know what you think I'm known for/do?

I'm wondering if there is a disconnect between social me and "real" me (which is what I'm always trying to avoid!!). Thanks for any insight/thoughts you have 🖤
