This week marks 17 years in business for Chermack Consulting Group! As we celebrate another anniversary, we can't help but to reflect on how incredibly proud we are of our talented teammates who have enabled us to steadily grow and flourish.
We are equally appreciative of our amazing clients and industry partners for their support; trusting us to guide their visions and execute their plans on so many exceptional projects!

Summer break is a wrap and school is back in session! For CCG, the new academic year arrived with several of our projects opening their doors for the first time, including an impressive new K-12 project in Leander, TX.
Completed in an astoundingly compressed 8-month timeline, this greenfield campus includes a three story, 95,000+ sf facility (complete with classrooms, cafeteria, admin space, multiple gyms, black box theatre, playgrounds, etc.) . The overall project also incorporated major offsite improvements, including a new public roadway, traffic & street lights, multiple drainage ponds, and extensive improvements to the adjacent TXDOT highway.
This incredible feat was achieved primarily through the exceptional efforts of our project partners, Key Construction and Grace Design Studios!

CCG is beyond thrilled to see another of its successful educational projects open for “business” and welcoming families, teachers, and staff to their new academic home!

During Women in Construction Week we're acknowleding and celebrating more than participation — we’re celebrating LEADERSHIP.

Women in construction have historically been viewed as “coordinators” — the organizers, the communicators, the glue that holds projects together. And while those skills are powerful and necessary, they are not secondary to leadership…they ARE leadership!

The ability to align teams, anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, build trust, and drive collaboration isn’t merely support work — it’s executive functioning. It’s jobsite leadership. It’s company leadership.

In construction, success depends on creative solutions, decisiveness, resilience, and accountability — and we see women demonstrating these attributes every single day. The same strengths that make women exceptional coordinators make them outstanding superintendents, project executives, owners, and industry leaders.

This week, we recognize that LEADERSHIP doesn’t have one look or one style. It looks like collaboration. It looks like foresight. It looks like strength aligned with emotional awareness.
