Green Homes As an instructor, volunteer, and Advisory Board member, it's my mission to raise the bar for these special homes in Arizona.

Providing thought provoking topics, consulting and real estate services concerning Energy Efficiency, Reducing our Carbon Footprint, and living a healthier lifestyle through constructing better buildings! Assisting home buyers & sellers to understand energy efficient upgrades, indoor air quality, sustainable features, solar panels, & which features to add first for the best result. Contact me about my projects that increase marketing, disclosure and benefit everyone in the process. Not every realtor understands the practical knowledge associated with my 2 designations, or how to ensure value for these features on an appraisal. I provide value added service for homes with special features that can't be seen or understood by walking into a home!

I'm humbled and proud to be a featured speaker for the Green Home Institute, October 14, 9 am PST! The topic - Why Choose a REALTOR® with a GREEN Designation?! After 18 years, sometimes I forget what I know. So come join us at no cost, become a member, or make a donation if so inclined! Here's the link! NO realtor CE, but AIA, LEED & BPI CEU's are offered.

I'm often asked if I changed my name to better market my passion in sustainability. The truth is.
