Think about it: When was the last time you texted a friend about a brand or product you loved? What made you do it? 

I’m willing to bet it wasn’t because their logo was pretty or their feed was cohesive 🤭

It was because they gave you a MOMENT worth sharing.

Maybe it was:

➡️ A product detail so clever you had to show someone (“omg look at this packaging”)

➡️ An email so relatable you screenshot it (“this is SO us”)

➡️ A brand story so good you felt like you discovered something (“you NEED to know about this company”)

Text-worthy brands don’t just sell products. They create shareable moments.

And most brands miss that:

🚫 You don’t need to be perfect.

✅ You need to be remarkable in the truest sense of the word. Worth remarking about.

So ask yourself:

What would make someone screenshot your content?
What would make them tag a friend?
What would make them bring you up at dinner?

If the answer is “I don’t know,” we need to fix that.

Your brand should be so good that people can’t help but talk about it 😍

This Pacific Northwest event completely nailed that brief.

It blended wine, travel, and food inside an immersive art gallery where the walls, floors, and ceiling were covered in moving footage of the landscapes.

It felt less like an event and more like stepping straight into the PNW itself:

🦐 Fresh seafood from the PNW paired with a stunning lineup of Oregon and Washington wines.

🏞️ An immersive art experience that surrounded you with the region from every angle.

🎤 A panel that went deep on what makes the Pacific Northwest so unique.

And the cherry on top?

It wasn’t wine in one corner, food in another, travel in another…

Each part of the experience leaned on the others to create a fuller, more immersive picture of the Pacific Northwest.

Wine, food, travel, and place working together to build an experience you could feel as a whole 🥹

Innovative experiences that make people FEEL a region even before the first sip 🍷

Last month I went to a Pacific Northwest event that completely nailed that brief. 

It blended wine, travel, and food inside an immersive art gallery where the walls, floors, and ceiling were covered in moving footage of the landscapes.

Can I tell you a secret? 🤫

I filmed this video in September and it sat in my drafts until December.

I was overthinking something that didn’t need to be overthought 👀

Sometimes the doors that change everything… are the ones you almost didn’t open 😳

I used to hide in bathrooms at trade events because I felt like an imposter (I didn’t even know how to spit wine lol).

Now experiences like this, with amazing women in wine, are possible because I kept choosing connection instead of hiding 🥹

👉 This is why connection matters.

👉 This is why I believe in community.

Spooky story below ⬇️👻

We had a brand come to us thinking that the reason their business wasn’t making money was because they weren’t posting enough 😭

They figured if they showed up online once or twice a week, the sales would follow INSTANTLY.

But when we looked deeper, the website (aka their only sales channel) was the real haunted house 🏚️

😱 It wasn’t mobile-friendly.

😱 Products were hard to find.

😱 There was no clear path to purchase or story that made people care enough to buy!

If we had just taken their money and started posting, we would’ve been helping the brand stay stuck 😣

At Gleam, we don’t do bandaids 🩹

Before we touch your social media, we look at the whole picture: your story, your offers or products, your systems, and your customer experience.
