🌟 Ashley Rollins and Demi Augustine are the co-founders of FLIGHT – Elevated Fitness! They first met over a decade ago as teammates on an NBA dance team, where they served as captains together. After years of leading and working side by side, they recognized their dynamic potential and knew they could create something truly special.

Their vision was to introduce a groundbreaking fitness experience unlike anything the Midwest had seen before. The answer became clear: a fusion of two of their favorite workout styles—Stairs & Strength. From that moment, they knew FLIGHT was destined to take off.

🌟 Kiana is a Minnesota native, who loves building community through dance fitness. She has been teaching Turn Up dance fitness for 2 years and truly believes it is the best format of dance fitness there is! It’s so fun and inclusive and she can’t wait to share it with anyone who is willing to give it a try. You will be hooked!
