Well, this was a first! ❤️ Jodi was in New York yesterday for her fifth year of leadership development with the incredible team at Cohen's Fashion Optical, and they surprised HER with a Leadership Architect Award!

Five years of working together, challenging perspectives, strengthening communication and finding new ways to grow. We’re so grateful to Cohen’s for the continued partnership and this incredibly thoughtful recognition. What a wonderful way to celebrate five years together!
