Advocating for diversity in restaurant leadership, Michael aims to mirror the vibrant diversity of guests served daily. Selected for the 2024 Prosper Accelerator, his passion for brand and marketing innovation sets trends, recognized by CEO Maria Rivera.

Beyond his profession, Michael's enthusiasm extends to planning meals for friends and family outings.

With a rich background leading brand marketing for renowned names like Cinnabon and Olive Garden, he brings almost two decades of experience to Smalls. Michael, a Temple University graduate, enjoys concerts, music, travel, and the Arts with his husband.
