"JP Cabinets & Installation was the best decision I made during my kitchen remodel.
The cabinet supplier delivered 98 separate components, all of which had to be assembled, installed, and expertly fitted. What I quickly realized was that Ponce of JP Cabinets was far more than an installer—he became the project manager and problem solver who made the entire renovation successful.
Because I was managing the project remotely, Ponce kept me informed throughout the process with frequent WhatsApp updates, carefully explaining every challenge and every solution. When he discovered a hidden water leak behind the wall, he immediately stopped the installation, coordinated the necessary repairs, and prevented what could have become a major problem.
He also identified several areas where the original design needed to be reconfigured and came up with practical, elegant solutions that significantly improved the final result.
What impressed me most was his professionalism, honesty, and transparency. Every unexpected issue was communicated promptly, every additional cost was discussed in advance, and there were never any surprises. His craftsmanship is exceptional, his attention to detail is outstanding, and he completed the project efficiently without ever compromising quality.
