Happy Monday everyone! Introducing today's speaker: Barry Lehane
Barry Lehane is the Designated Broker for DPR Realty LLC. DPR has over 1300 REALTORS® and four offices in the Greater Phoenix Market. He is a member of the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI®), and holds Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR®), E-pro and, At Home with Diversity Designations and is certified in the HAFA Short Sale program. Barry also is well renowned as an MLS expert trainer and serves on the ARMLS President’s Broker Advisory Council.

Barry is a certified Continuing Education instructor for ADRE in Contract Writing and Legal Issues and Short Sale Contract Law and has successfully brokered over 2000 Short Sale transactions and at least 3000 REO transactions; in total he has supervised over 30,000 transactions. He is a well known Real Estate leader and serves as a State and National, Large Broker Director; he also served as a Director for the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors ’07-09. Barry is a volunteer member of the AAR Risk Management Committee. He has been the DPR Designated Broker since 2005 and conducts many Short Sale Clinics and Seminars.

Barry is happily married to Tricia, also a renowned REALTOR®, and they share four children and six grandchildren.
