✨Morning Routine✨
Win the morning, win the day!
How you start your morning will set the tone of your day!!
Small upgrades to your morning routine can make a huge impact on your body, mind and hormones! 😊
Every morning first thing I have:
✅ warm water (warm water penetrates your cells faster) faster hydration! Hydration is king 🤴
✅ 1/4 lemon - lemon helps detox your liver and create bile!!! Bile = better metabolism!!
If you are a coffee drinker try this BEFORE your coffee!! It will make a huge difference!
Small consistent changes = results!

You are already connected to everything you desire! If you want to attract it you must be on the same frequency!!
What are you feeding your mind?? Reading 📖 listening 👂 to???
What you feed your mind is just as important as what is on the end of your fork 🍴... what you fuel your body with!
Think about the “words” are you putting into the universe??? Is it attracting what you want?? Or are you putting up roadblocks with negative thoughts and language?? 🤔🤔🤔🤭
Pay attention what you are saying !! When you hear 👂 yourself say something negative, delete it and rephrase it!!
Then watch your environment change! 🙌🏻

Join me for the “GRATITUDE 6” Challenge!!!!

I woke up this morning feeling overwhelmed. My head was spinning 🤯and I was feeling overly anxious!!! To be honest, I felt paralyzed!!! 😩😩 Not even knowing where to start!!

Then I realized I needed to take a breath and focus on being grateful for ONE thing!!

With that I decided to create the 6 day gratitude challenge to get through this week! By focusing on one thing each day it will help us to appreciate 🙏the people and things in our life that we sometimes take for granted. 🙈

It is amazing how just a few minutes can totally change your perspective.
