When you’re running a full schedule, it’s easy to skip meals, push through, and just get to the end of the day.
But you feel it, right? Shorter patience. Harder conversations or miscommunication.
That “hangry” or drained feeling is your brain telling you it needs something!

A few small things that help:
* actually planning when you’ll eat (not just hoping you’ll have time)
* keeping simple, real food at the office
* building in short resets during the day
