Interest rates and inflation may be on a slight downward trend, BUT credit card debt is high and delinquencies are on the rise. Middle and low income consumers are definitely not in a good financial position. How can you surprise and delight consumers in your stores this fall and holiday season?

Credit card delinquencies rose in the first three months of the year. That's a sign of the growing financial stress that some families are feeling in an era of rising prices and high interest rates.
