Focus on benefits over features
Use the words your ideal customer uses.

Ask open ended questions to get exact words/phrases that your buyers (and non-buyers use.
Create quick multiple choice answers for easy segmenting of your messages.

🎉Offer your email list a special rate, or voucher/coupon code, and have it TRULY expire
Create a coupon code or link that expires
Use Deadline funnel for timers that track the activity of IP addresses.

🔍Uncover the details in the data
Pay attention to who is clicking on links in your emails
Engage with your most active subscribers
Humanize interactions with your hottest leads.

Surprise Web 3.0 isn't just going to be a thing, it is a thing! Surprise #2, you don't need to be Crypto genius to be in the know about Web 3.0, but , you DO want to be Web 3.0 ready! For right now, the minimum things to do would be to educate yourself (or follow me for an upcoming summit), and anything you can do NOW will pay off WILDLY.

You can either wait until "everybody's transitioning," or be ahead of the game (as I see MANY brands and influencers doing already). There isn't a single ONE thing you should do first, but being aware of what's coming and NOT doing anything TODAY that WON'T be valuable in the Web 3.0 space, is a good start.

One thing is for certain! Get your audience off social and onto a secure platform, where you can hold some control and security of your customers/clients/team members and moderators. #

Marketing in Web 3.0 is community, human focused and NOT the same meaning as "community" in today's terms (web 2.0). In fact, think about community today in Web 3.0 as a community on steroids, but not rated based on vanity metrics.

Engagement, education, partnerships and loyalty are what the modern day communities are made of in Web 3.0..

You'd think with me using related branding in my Funnel Brew, I would be COFFEE crazy --- but not as much as you might guess. . . .

I didn't drink my first cup of coffee until I was about 25 years old, and working for a local news station. The only reason I even started drinking it was because it was convenient and became part of my routine with co-workers. Fast forward 14 years, and the only thing that's changed is the coffee shop I go to! My drink hasn't changed a bit! An iced latte is my go-to (with probably more cream than coffee).

So what inspired me to using coffee in my branding for Funnel Brew?
It's pretty simple and unofficial sounding, but to be honest, it just fit! I found myself packed with creativity around words that could be marketing and coffee related. The more my team and I brainstormed, the more it stuck.

To this day, I couldn't imagine it any other way! Moral of the story, when something random crosses your mind, don't brush it off. So many people waste so much time trying to create a brand, offer or idea , when what they should do is engage with what is naturally coming to them already.

When in doubt, you're probably overthinking it. . .
