I apologize for being quiet and not posting lately. We lost our beloved Michonne, my angel and one of the most remarkable dogs I’ve ever known, on Friday, September 25th.

Her loss has been incredibly hard on our family, and I’ve needed some time to step away and grieve. Thank you for your patience and understanding while I’ve taken that time. ❤️🐾

Your house knows more about you than your therapist. 😂

That chair you dump everything on?
That junk drawer you’re afraid to open?
That bedroom that somehow became a storage unit?

Your home can reflect what you’re avoiding, overwhelmed by, or simply too damn busy to deal with.

Sometimes the mess isn’t the problem—it’s the damn clue. 😉

Something exciting happened recently… I did my first podcast ever! 🎙️

And honestly, I was SO nervous. 😂 Public speaking is way outside my comfort zone, and I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it through without freaking out, throwing up, or needing an emergency bathroom break. 😂

I stumbled, probably could have said a few things better, and it definitely wasn’t perfect. But I showed up, did my best, and DID IT!

I talk to my clients about stepping outside their comfort zones and doing things even when they’re uncomfortable… so I had to practice what I preach! 😂

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity and for everyone who made the experience so wonderful. ❤️

Sometimes the biggest win is simply doing it scared.

And yes… I survived without throwing up OR a bathroom emergency, so I’m calling that a success! 😂🙌

Apparently my job this morning is to be Rick’s personal mattress. 😂❤️

He’s got the paw wrapped around me, his face snuggled in, and absolutely ZERO plans to move. 🥹🐾

Honestly… I’m not complaining. ❤️

Your space might be saying something your mouth isn’t. 👀

That pile of clutter? The room you keep avoiding? The desk you can’t seem to get under control?

Sometimes it’s not really about the mess.

Your surroundings can affect how you think, feel, function, and even how motivated you are to make changes in other areas of your life.

That’s where coaching + organizing + Feng Shui can work together.

We can work on the goals you want, the habits holding you back, AND the environment surrounding you.

Because sometimes getting your life moving forward starts with something as simple as clearing off the damn table. 😂

You don’t have to fix your entire life overnight. You just have to start somewhere.

✨ Mind. Body. Surroundings. Whole-person coaching.
