Hey, Facebook Friends! So many of you are human-centered leaders, pursuing a better way of leading. So I'm excited to share:

My NEW Loving Leaders Lab Program!!!

I've been meeting with human-centered leaders around the world, and many are telling me this:

"I believe in compassionate leadership. I know it gets better results.
I work hard to create a caring workplace, and I've had some success that makes me proud. But I've hit a wall, and I think I need some help to get through and go to the next level. I don't have the capacity for a complicated, time-intensive program. I need learning tailored to my needs and reality."

Is this true for you too?

Are you an experienced leader and a believer in human-centered leadership but have you come to the edge of what you can do on your own?

Are you ready for support to take your Loving Leadership practices to the next level?

This 4-month Loving Leaders Lab combines my research-backed content and experiences to address these needs in a doable pace and format for busy leaders. I'm really excited about this and would love to share it with you.

Click on this link to learn all about the program. And if you know someone else who is also ready to deepen their leadership journey in a meaningful and doable way, please share with them!

DM me with questions too!

With love,
Renee

I was up early this morning, knowing I needed to write something down. When that happens, I have to get up because words will be gone in 2 hours.

So Hello 3:57 am! Here’s what was on my heart:

It’s time for Loving Leaders to stand up.

It’s time for us to shift standard leadership practices from fear to love.
Now.

This means standing more firmly and acting more boldly with Love, not fear, than ever before.

We know that leadership practices have always been dominated by fear. You've witnessed or experienced that fearful leadership and wondered what it will take to bring change.

But we can no longer wait for others to decide to turn from fear to love. We can’t wait for those in authority to say "Yes" to human-centered programs and initiatives for more loving leadership.

We can no longer wait for permission to be a Loving Leader.
We just need to do it.

It’s time to stop focusing on what we wish others would do, and it’s time to focus on what we can do and double down on leading with love.

Some of you may think, “I don’t know about this. There's nothing wrong with using fear. We need to keep people on their toes, or they’ll slack off. You can't trust people." Loving Leadership may seem like a bad idea. If this is you, then what I offer next is probably not for you.

But for many of you, it will resonate that it’s time to stand for more love and less fear, especially if...

-If you have been quietly leading with love and you are ready to expand your effort.
-If you are surrounded by fear-based leaders and know there’s a better way.
-If you are tired of waiting for your organization to decide to take a more loving and human approach.
-If you are a new leader watching seasoned leaders and thinking, I don’t want to lead like that.
-If you don’t want to scare, humiliate, or bully people.
-If you don’t want to overwhelm, use people up and cast them aside.
-If you want to uplift people so they know they belong, are seen, and can grow.
-If you want to create a respectful, trusting workplace for people to bring and do and be their very best.
-If you want to work with meaning toward a shared goal.

If that’s you, then I am with you, and it's time to shift the world of work.

Here are three things to do to begin:

1) If you would value more guidance on being a Loving Leader, join my new Loving Leaders email list. Throughout the week I'll share multiple, heartfelt insights and practical tips on becoming a more Loving Leader all drawn from my journey and a decade of research.

2) If you are ready to commit and get support to be a Loving Leader, I have a few seats in a new program that may be right for you. You can message me and we will set up a time to talk.

3) Share your enthusiasm in the comments below, “It’s time for me too!” And let us know what you’ll be doing as a Loving Leader today too.

Thank you for being bold because, Loving Leaders, it's time!

Today begins my March adventure… Dublin, Zürich, Wi******er, Laugharne, Barcelona and some other Spanish location yet to be revealed by Caro! 🩵

Time to write about bring more love and less fear to workplaces, time to tend relationships, time to rest, time to think and plan.

I spent many years raising 4 children (who are awesome adults). I struggled to make ends meet, and watched others live full lives, while I was confined by circumstances. But somehow always I’ve had forward momentum and hope.

And now, in my 50’s (the absolute best time of my life so far!) to have meaningful work I love, to have a loving healthy supportive partner, to have colleagues and friends at home and around the world, and to have the freedom to go and do and be, to speak and write and create, well, THIS is a privilege and a joy.

Time for take off!!

Ever wondered why we stop asking 'why' as we grow up? As kids, we were all about exploring and learning new stuff. But as adults, we kinda lose that spark.

Faith Addicott, MPA, MPOD explores exactly this in her most recent blog. Through personal anecdotes and scientific insights, Faith underlines the compelling virtues of staying curious and provides practical ways for us to rekindle this spark of intrigue.

She highlights that asking big, important, messy questions and digging deep is how we grow and create change for the best. It makes work more fun and helps us offer empathy more readily.

So, let's get back to our roots of curiosity and see where it takes us! To get started, check out Faith's blog here: https://www.makeworkmorehuman.com/blog/cultivating-curiosity-the-art-of-living-a-learning-life
