Most teachers don't go into education because they love paperwork. They go into it because they want to teach.
To inspire curiosity.
To help students grow.
To make a difference in someone's life.
Yet more and more of a teacher's time is spent documenting, reporting, tracking, and proving that learning is happening instead of actually helping it happen.
Good teaching requires preparation, but there comes a point where the paperwork starts taking time away from the very thing it's supposed to support.
The best teachers don't need more forms to fill out. They need the freedom to focus on what matters most: their students.
