Care, detail, and a touch of southern flair go into each and every one of our premium ice cream products. Yarnell's Ice Cream is owned and operated by Schulze and Burch, which purchased Yarnell's in a bankruptcy sale on Nov. 30, 2011. The 80-year-old company headquartered in Chicago also has a production facility in Searcy, Ark. Schulze and Burch is the leading manufacturer of store brand toaster pastries in the world. With more than 1 million square feet of manufacturing, S&B produces wholesome snacks and other grain-based products for many of the Fortune 100 consumer products companies. Recognizing the importance of the Yarnell’s brand to Arkansans, S&B purchased the company in order to relaunch the top-selling Yarnell's brands using the same original formulas and beloved recipes.
