You don’t need the title “Project Manager” to be leading projects.
If you’ve ever been asked to organize an initiative, coordinate people, manage competing priorities, solve unexpected problems, or deliver an important result, you’re already doing project work.
The question is: Do you have a practical, repeatable way to lead it successfully?
We’ve just announced a 360 Degrees Project Management Bootcamp, an interactive 8-week program, taught 1- evening per week, designed to help professionals plan more effectively, lead with confidence, and turn important ideas into measurable results.
This is not a course built around memorizing terminology.
We’ll work through realistic situations, practical exercises, useful templates, and the decisions project leaders face every day.
Over eight weeks, you’ll learn how to:
✅ Define clear goals, outcomes, and measures of success
✅ Build practical plans that people can understand and use
✅ Manage scope, schedules, costs, risks, and changing priorities
✅ Engage stakeholders and lead productive project teams
✅ Choose between predictive, Agile, and hybrid approaches
✅ Make better decisions when the original plan no longer fits reality
✅ Deliver value, not simply complete tasks
The program is ideal for:
• New and aspiring project managers
• Professionals already managing projects without formal training
• Team leaders, coordinators, analysts, and operations professionals
• Entrepreneurs and business owners leading important initiatives
• Anyone preparing for greater project or leadership responsibility
The program will be delivered live, in English, with opportunities to ask questions, apply the concepts, and learn alongside other professionals.
💻 Format: Live virtual sessions
