My belief in the human spirit wasn’t shaped by years working in strategy and foresight.

When I’m not sketching a strategy or jamming on the future, you’ll find me nose-deep in personal growth and wellbeing podcasts. From Abraham Hicks to Liz Gilbert — voices that explore presence, meaning, and our connection to the world around us.

My favorite part is connecting those “aha” moments back to my work. Over time, one truth has become undeniable.

Today’s greatest challenges—from climate change to social division to the sixth great extinction—are not just technical or political problems. At their root, they are crises of the human spirit — of empathy and compassion.

When empathy and compassion and weak, we see it show up as short-termism, extractive strategies and brittle cultures.

But when we strengthen the human spirit — in ourselves, our teams, our organizations — everything else can thrive.

That’s why our first core belief at Futurkind is The Human Spirit.

It’s also why wellbeing and strategy are a necessary pairing. Because the future won’t be shaped by strategy alone. It will be shaped by the depth of our humanity🌎

Regenerative commerce asks us to rethink growth and build brands that give back more than they take.

But saying it and building it in a capitalistic system wired for extraction are two very different things. In a world where the pressure to scale at any cost can be deafening, choosing a regenerative path is an act of courage. Of conviction.

And every once in a while, you meet founders who aren’t waiting for permission to build differently — they’re already doing it from the inside out. Nick and Brenden Martin are two of those rare humans.

Alongside a talented team, what they’ve built with Joe Coffee — now the largest indie-coffee network in the U.S., fuelling an army of small shops and pouring prosperity back into local economies — is proof that growth can be generous, communal, and wildly scalable, all at once.

I’m thrilled to be collaborating with the Joe Coffee team to architect a regenerative growth strategy and brand — one that gives back more than it takes, strengthens our ecosystem, and builds a better future, root to cup.

Because growth isn’t the goal. Regenerative growth is.

Here’s to rewriting the story of commerce - together🤎.

Follow them . The future is brewing☕️

The world of work is shifting faster than at any point in modern history. Artificial Intelligence is no longer an experiment running quietly in the background — it’s here, reshaping industries, redefining roles, and re-wiring what it means to contribute.

But AI and the future of work isn’t just about machines. It’s about us — our capacity to adapt, to create, and to bring purpose back into the center of productivity.

The question isn’t if work will change. It already has. The question is: how do we design the next era so that humans don’t get lost in the algorithm?

Yesterday, I shared the launch of Futurkind — a new home for my training, consulting and thought leadership.

Today, I’m celebrating my very special community. For the past 8 years, this work has lived under my personal brand, Lindsay Angelo, which will continue to be the home for my personal thought leadership and a place to access my offerings.

None of the journey to date has been a solo climb.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has trusted me — whether with a stage, a strategy, a training program or simply your encouragement along the way – thank you. I look forward to continuing to create together…for all Futurkind✨

Big day. After eight years of building my foresight + strategy practice under my personal brand, it’s time for the next evolution.

Full scoop here — including more on the *why* behind the evolution.

Let’s build what’s next, together. Link in bio.

Today is a special one. After 8 years of building my foresight and strategy practice under my personal brand, we’re stepping into its next evolution.

When I first left lululemon to start my consultancy, it was with a simple belief: business can heal. This was a belief shaped by years immersed in the personal growth space and by helping grow the world’s biggest yogawear brand—where I recognized firsthand how mindfulness, movement, and community could transform not just individuals, but entire organizations.

That belief has carried me onto stages and into boardrooms, but more importantly, into work rooted in listening, learning, and co-imagining.

I’ve been a student of the future for most of my career, and one thing is clear: the pace of change is only accelerating. Chaos is common, clarity is rare.

And I’ve come to see that foresight and strategy aren’t just skills—they’re survival tools. But on their own, they fall short. They need to be grounded in wellbeing and purpose (and not the purpose-washing kind).

With that, I couldn’t be more excited to introduce Futurkind™️, a new home for my training, consulting and thought leadership — a space where foresight, strategy, and wellbeing converge. A place for leaders and brands to cut through the noise, spark imagination, and fuel growth - on purpose.

At its heart, Futurkind™️ is a call to reclaim the future as a verb — not as something predetermined, but as something we choose and shape through agency, creativity, and imagination.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to learn and work alongside fortune 100 brands and some remarkable innovators and founders. But I believe the most exciting work is still ahead — work shaped by the collective imagination of those willing to create it.

So if you’re a purpose-led leader ready to move from reactive to future-savvy, I invite you to lean in. The future won’t wait — and neither should we.

*My personal brand will continue to live on as my personal thought leadership arm and a place to access all of my offerings. With that, a huge thank you to all who have been part of the journey so far. More to come soon🙌

How will you manage your career in 2026?

We’re in a moment of recalibration.
AI is rewriting how we work.
Layoffs are reshaping industries overnight.
Government and markets are volatile.

In this kind of landscape, power comes from two things — the ability to see further and to act faster.

That’s the essence of foresight — making sense of change early enough to move with purpose when it counts.

To turn uncertainty into advantage.

Ready to see further?

Stay tuned for something new on the horizon🤗

Thursday vibes🤩 Magic happens where science meets soul, where logic meets intuition, where wisdom meets wonder. One without the other leaves us unbalanced — science without soul becomes sterile, and soul without science becomes ungrounded. Combined, they give us solutions that are both innovative and deeply human. True progress lives here.
