I’m in a bit of an in-between season. One that’s stretched between entrepreneur and corporate, mom and wife, friend and everything in between. Social media has a way of telling us what we should be doing or who we should be becoming.
As I step into 2026, I’m choosing to slow down and really look around. I’m deeply grateful for the life I’m living and the blessings that surround me. I already feel a shift this year, something quieter and more intentional, and I’m genuinely excited to see where it leads.

I haven’t exactly been resting (life with a 7-month-old and 2.5-year-old is anything but restful 😅), but stepping back gave me space to realign. In such a loud world with content creators, AI, courses… it’s easy to get caught up in the grind instead of creating from passion.
Branding stopped feeling like an outlet for a while. Now I’m returning with a clearer vision and a focus on community and collaboration in the wellness, fitness, and beauty space.
Your mind is your biggest muscle, flex it.

I’M BACK ✨
I took a break from my business, not completely gone, just quietly creating on the side, and it was so needed. I had scaled quickly and hit burnout hard. After a season of rest, growth, and major life changes, I finally feel ready to step back into my creative work with intention. I’m reworking my offerings and building out a refreshed site, so stay tuned as things take shape. A lot has happened: I got married, became a mom to two sweet boys, moved, and grew in all the ways.
So excited to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new ones in this next chapter.

I’m back! 🎉 After a hiatus, we’re back to do the dang thing.

I took some MUCH needed time to rejuvenate, redirect my creative direction and time to better myself as a business women and individual.

A few things I have learned over this time off…

1. You NEED time to rest. No one is built to go 24/7 and if you are, you are supernatural.

2. This business is hard and if you don’t have thick skin, strong will and support it is near impossible to make it.

3. Get out of your comfort zone and LEARN, you can’t grow as an individual if you are in the same environment or around the same group of people.

4. Perfection is a myth and if you strive to reach it every day, every project or every conversation you will fall short every time.

5. Trust yourself and your vision. NO one else is you and YOU can do anything you set your mind to.

My books are open again and I can’t wait to create some magic with you! ✨
