Bridgette Johnson is a long-time resident of Seattle. She opened her first business in 2006. She owned and operated Miss Lu, a women's clothing boutique located in Madison Valley for seven years. In 2020, she opened Central Cafe & Juice Bar in the Central District of Seattle. Footprint Wine Tap is the first, only keg wine-on-tap operation in Seattle/PNW focusing on reducing carbon footprint and sourcing local products (wine, food, merchandise) that serves wine and food dine-in and retail, wine growlers to-go and wine clubs. By primarily serving local wine-on-tap via keg packaging we can reduce our carbon footprint by at least 95% for glass pours.
