Remember: self-care doesn't have to be time-consuming or expensive. It can be, but it doesn't have to be. Spending 5 minutes alone with a cup of tea before the kids wake can be enough if you do it with intention.

I don't have everything I want, but I have everything I need. I have problems and frustrations. Things occasionally do not turn out the way I would prefer.
