This has been a journey for my clients. Condos are undergoing massing changes recently with a tightening in rules on both the lending side and the insurance side.

Get an agent who understands how to read a resale certificate and can help guide you to make the most informed decision.

If you are purchasing a condo, you are buying into a business. Make sure that business is being run well before you invest into it.

Thankfully I did 4 years of working in condo management before I started real estate.
