After more than 7 years, 30 clients, 25 team members, and countless sticky notes and white board sessions, Big Thinkers Society is closing its doors. And I have a new adventure in store.

When I started Big Thinkers Society in 2014, the workplace was so very different. As a female agency executive, I felt the only way forward was on a path that I created myself. And I was determined to create a place for other women to thrive and a place for everyone to shine in their talents without the traditional constraints of office life. We operated 100 percent remote, with flexible schedules, and unlimited time off for our full-time staff. Our model was somewhat radical at the time, and yet we delivered stellar work to happy clients.

Over the past seven years, the world–and the workplace–evolved. Empathy, diversity, and flexibility have become norms–at least at companies who choose to lead. While we still have a ways to go, work is more human than it ever has been, and that is such a relief.

- Thank you to our clients who trusted us as their partners
- Thank you to our incredibly talented teammates (and a special shout out to , our brilliant and dedicated project management director and strategist, I could not have done this without you)
- And of course, thank you to everyone who ever referred us. Your support meant so much to a small, woman-owned business.

I am so very proud of what we created.

I wish you all the best for the coming year. I'll be off for the next three weeks, and I'll let you know where I've landed when I'm back. I can't wait to share more.
