STUDIO SPACE FOR LEASE

Please help me spread the word that a terrific studio space (which would be great for a dance studio, art gallery, photography studio, creative types) is up for lease now…

My World Dance & Fitness Studio is Closing – Studio Space Available for Lease

After 11 great years, My World Dance & Fitness Studio will be closing its doors on 3/31/19. The space is available for lease. If you’re looking for an amazing studio space, please contact Julie Alexander, Artspace Asset Manager, at (206) 355-7194 or [email protected]. Arts-related businesses, services, programs are preferred for this space.

The studio is about 860 square feet total (don’t quote me on that!), and the dance floor is approximately 600 sf. There is a gender-neutral restroom in the studio and a curtained off changing room/storage area. Amenities include a sprung Marley floor, a full wall of mirrors, and a sound system with a cordless headset, which you can negotiate to purchase from the studio owner. The studio also has 2 ceiling fans, a heater and air conditioner. Windows that reach from the ceiling almost all the way to the floor at the front of the studio welcome your patrons and fill the space with lots of light.

Join the Jackson Place - Hiawatha neighbors for a fun Neighborhood Night Out BBQ & Street Party POTLUCK - Tuesday August 7th, starting at 5pm.

Bring a Potluck item to share ( homemade salads, sides,desserts, or beverages).

Enjoy grilled burgers and hot dogs, w/ vegetarian options provided ($5 suggested donation for grilled items)

Come out and meet your neighbors. Fun for kids, families, singles and all.

*Please be aware the Street Closure will start at 5pm, please be sure to park your cars in the garage or move them south or east for a few hours.

Thanks to the Jackson Place Co-Housing for hosting the grill and organizing the event every year. *Volunteers are welcome for 4:45pm set-up and 8:15pm clean-up.
